We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.
Orders placed outside of business hours, over the weekend or on American holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed after 10:30AM GMT+2/1:30PM GMT+2 will not be shipped until the following day.
Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and Jeanztm is not responsible for any delays/damage during transit by the courier service or customers. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s.

Orders under $200 USD will be charged a $16 USD shipping charge
Orders above $200 USD will benefit from free shipping wordlwide
WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY
A business day is Monday to Friday - weekends are not considered business days. Our warehouse and couriers do not operate on weekends, therefore no shipping and order updates will occur over the weekend.
TRACKING UPDATES

We ship everywhere in the world we ship to over 200 countries and orders outside the us will experience longer shipping times. you can expect your order to arrive from 2-15 business days.
If your order is above $200 dollars you will benefit from free shipping. this applies to all countries.
