HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 10:30AM GMT+2/1:30PM GMT+2 will not be shipped until the following day. Orders placed past 9am GMT+2 Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Please see our Shipping Page for more info.
All orders will be processed between 1/2 days. and shipping depends on where you are shipping your order to. for all orders the normal shipping time is 2/15 days after processing.
Note: Processing and shipping may require additional time during sales periods due to high volume
Orders under $200 will be charged a $16 USD shipping charge
WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?
A business day is Monday to Friday - weekends are not considered business days. Our warehouse and couriers do not operate on weekends, therefore no shipping and order updates will occur over the weekend.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You are welcome to return any clothing ordered within 14 days of delivery for full refund as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Items purchased at a discounted price, 40% or more, are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship everywhere in the world we ship to over 200 countries and orders outside the us will experience longer shipping times. you can expect your order to arrive from 2-15 business days.
If your order is above $200 dollars you will benefit from free shipping. this applies to all countries. For more information go to our shipping page.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are not able to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. Our warehouse processes and packs orders as quickly as they can so our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. This means we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to orders after they are placed. This includes changing address information, changing products within an order, changing shipping methods, or cancelling an order that has been placed.
DO PURPLE JEANS COME WITH BOTH HANGTAGS?
All jeans sold on our website come with both the front hang tag and the back wash tag. For more info on our hangtags, click here.
HOW DO I WASH MY JEANS?
To care for your jeans, machine wash them separately in cold water, turned inside out, using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Make note if there are any tags advising that this style may bleed due to the dyeing process. After washing, hang them to dry—avoid tumble drying.
Do not bleach, iron, and avoid dry cleaning if stated on the care tag, as these methods can damage the specialty finishes on certain styles. We recommend not steaming or ironing to preserve the 3D wrinkle effect.
Prior to any washing, remove hang tag and back pocket tag.
Following these instructions will help maintain the color and quality of your jeans for longer wear.
